We are a technology provider for short-stay hospitality. We build and operate the infrastructure that runs guest communication end to end, and we run it in production on our own Tokyo minpaku, Kaku & Saku. This is the engineering behind the stay: how every guest message is captured, organised and answered.

Official WhatsApp Business Platform
Guests already live on WhatsApp, so that is where the system meets them. We connect through Meta’s official WhatsApp Business Platform, not a fragile unofficial bridge, so every message is delivered reliably and inside Meta’s rules. Messages arrive in real time over webhooks, then are stored, structured and acknowledged the moment they land. Nothing depends on a phone sitting in a drawer.

One inbox, every conversation
Booking questions, check-in details, door codes, a late-night request: it all flows into a single place. Each guest’s full history travels with them, so whoever answers has the context of the whole stay at a glance, and replies go out fast and in the guest’s own language: English, Italian or Japanese.

Infrastructure we own end to end
The platform runs on our own cloud, with a message-ingestion API, a webhook layer, automation and reusable templates, and connections into the booking side of the operation. Because we build and host it ourselves, we control reliability, data and behaviour, and we shape it around how hospitality actually works.

Kaku & Saku, Tokyo
Kaku & Saku is our own group of licensed minpaku in Tokyo: studio apartments in Ikebukuro and a private house in Jūjō. It is where this infrastructure runs every day, against real guests and real edge cases. We put it on our own properties first, which is the most honest test there is.
